Tender Annual Heirloom. Light-green, heavily ribbed fruit that grows 24-36" long x 3-4" diameter, best eaten at 12-18 inches. Mild, sweet flavor with non-bitter skin. Very prolific, can grow on a trellis for straight cucumbers or allow to ramble on the ground for interesting shaped fruit. Thrives in hot weather.

Soil & Water: Cucumbers love rich soil that is high in organic matter and well drained. Water heavily during fruiting.
Planting & Growing: In cool regions, start seeds indoors 10-14 days before the last frost, or sow seeds directly when the soil is at least 70°F. Plant seeds 18" apart if trellised or 36" apart if left to sprawl.
Harvesting & Storage: These cukes are best eaten when between 12-18 inches long. Harvest often to keep vines productive. Cut, don't pull the fruit off the vine. For best flavor, use within 1-2 days or refrigerate in a warmer part of the fridge.
