South Anna Butternut Winter Squash
South Anna Butternut was developed through a 2011 cross between Seminole Pumpkin and Waltham Butternut, resulting in a variety with outstanding downy mildew resistance, high productivity, excellent keeping quality, and rich, sweet flavor. Immature fruits are predominantly dark green and transition to a fully tan hue at maturity; it is well suited to late planting for harvests that store well into winter and spring. South Anna is an Open Source Seed Initiative variety, free to use and share without restrictive patents.
South Anna Butternut Winter Squash is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
