Golden-yellow, plump, Patty-Pan fruits on space-saving bush plants. Prolific and hardy, the plants bear continuously over a long season. Downy mildew resistant. Harvest fruits when 4-5 in. across. Use boiled, fried or stir-fried. Matures 2 weeks later than other varieties, but flavor is superior.
