The very tasty dark green leaves can be harvested as baby leaves starting at 6" all the way up to 2' long at maturity. Seven Top is a popular southern winter variety, but they will grow great anywhere. Deer like these turnip greens a lot too, which can be good or bad depending on whether it’s deer or greens you want :)
