OTHER: The Amaranthus ‘Pygmy Torch’ has 12” tall spikes of flowers and is similar to the Prince’s Feather Amaranthus (also available in my store) except that is has green leaves rather than burgundy foliage. They make an excellent cut or dried flower. Pygmy Torch can be cut down to 1-2” after the first harvest for a second flowering later in the season.
