Planting & Care
Soil and Water: Plant prefers full sun, fertile soil, and regular watering.
Planting and Growing: Direct seeding is recommended and can be done when soil has warmed to at least 70°F. Barely cover seed as the seed requires light for germination.
Harvesting and Storage: Begin light harvesting after plants have become established. It is best done in the early morning when the temperature is cooler and the leaves are less likely to wilt. A full harvest should be completed just before the plants start to flower.
